This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for an Assistant Project Manager/Field Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing residential construction projects. Responsibilities will include maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets, working with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will actively collaborate with managers and clients to maintain clear communication and deliver successful project outcomes.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Communicate with Clients and Production Manager with updates on expectations and progress
– Visit job sites 2x daily and/or as instructed by Production Manager
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
– Assist trades in the field as needed — hands-on support when necessary
– Post project photos and progress notes in Microsoft Teams
– Assist with managing and adjusting subcontractor schedules
– Assist with material acquisitions and site logistics
– Verify that each task is complete as outlined in the Scope of Work
